This website describes Chhaya Digital, an independent software studio in New Jersey, and its current work: Cuedora, Shepherd, and AI Video Gen. Content is provided as-is for information. We work to keep it accurate but make no guarantees.
Cuedora is pre-launch
Cuedora is launching soon and is not available to purchase or download yet. The licensing page describes the current purchase plan, not a final software license or a contract with a customer.
Future software terms
The software license, refund policy, support expectations, update policy, and any limits on use will be published before Cuedora goes on sale. The terms shown at purchase will govern that purchase.

Features, requirements, and launch timing may change while Cuedora is launching soon. We work to keep the website accurate, but pre-launch descriptions are not a promise that every planned detail will ship unchanged.
